Trouble Logging to the https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/ JIRA instance

Hi Iris,

Thank you for figuring this all out! I'm going to go back to our group and
see if we would like to propose a change in the Bylaws to allow Adoption
Group members access.  A little background:

The Adoption Group may not ever have an official OpenJDK project (at least
for some time) as it's aims are to promote OpenJDK, work on community
engagement and assist other groups/projects in whatever documentation,
community management tasks they'd like to get help on. One of the proposals
raised at FOSDEM was that Adoption Group members could assist in triaging
of bugs in bugs.openjdk.java.net and to label low hanging fruit bugs for
new developers joining OpenJDK to get started on.  So I figured I'd start
taking a look to see if that was a feasible idea.

TLDR: I'll go back and see if it's a good idea to allow our group access or
not :-).
