Trouble Logging to the https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/ JIRA instance

Hi all,

So, new idea to throw around for discussion. Do we think it's a good idea
that the Adoption Group members spend some of their time triaging bugs in
the Bug Database and in particular identify items that are low hanging
fruit for new OpenJDK developers?

If we think it's a good idea and that we have the capability to do so then
we may need to propose a change in the OpenJDK bylaws and/or we would need
to have a project.

I personally would like to spend some time on this. Thoughts?

Cheers,
Martijn
