FOSDEM plans

On Sunday, Rory & me will speak[0] in the Java dev room on the Quality 
Outreach effort at 3pm. The session will then be followed by an Adoption 
Group Q&A at 3:30.

Since Steve O'Grady is scheduled [2] in the same room at 13:30, and 
tends to pack the room, for those on the list who'd like to attend both 
sessions or either one, I'd suggest coming in a bit earlier - Steve's 
talk is followed by talks from Mark & Heather, so it'll likely remain a 
busy dev room throughout the afternoon.
