Membership for Adoption Group

Hi Dalibor/all,

I was reminded that we're doing some people a disservice here by only
counting mailing list traffic. There's also considerable time and effort
put by folks who aren't currently members e.g.

* Personal time devoted to hackdays (Richard Warburton, John Oliver)
* OpenJDK build farm efforts (John Oliver)
* Code contributions (Chris Newland, Haim Yadid)
* Quality outreach
* Raising awareness

There's a couple of names that pop up clearly as repeat contributors over
the past year's efforts (Chris, John and Richard).

Perhaps we can nominate/add a couple of those?
