Linux: OpenJDK9 build is failing

Hi Mani,

If you scroll to the end and search backwards for "Error" you hit this:

/scratch/jenkins/workspace/openjdk-1.9-linux-x86_64/jdk9/jdk/src/java.desktop/unix/native/common/awt/CUPSfuncs.c:30:23:
fatal error: cups/cups.h: No such file or directory

Looks like a missing header for CUPS on the build server?
