Linux: OpenJDK9 build is failing

Hi Mani,

with the new build system it's actually hard to find the real caise of
a build error, but I think in this case it was:

/scratch/jenkins/workspace/openjdk-1.9-linux-x86_64/jdk9/jdk/src/java.desktop/unix/native/common/awt/CUPSfuncs.c:30:23:
fatal error: cups/cups.h: No such file or directory
