Hi all,

Those who have been contributing, no matter how big or small the
contribution has been, here's a good way to notify the readers.

I have created two script files in the root of the repo:

whatsChangedForAllLanguages.sh
whatsChangedFor.sh

Both are pretty intuitive to use, and if you forget a parameter the
respective script will display a usage text. Its your script so please give
it a tweak or two if it needs one.

Basically they enlist all the changes files and update a `What's changed`
markdown file in each of the language folders with the names of the changed
files, and links to them so both authors and reader can keep a tab of the
changes.

I have amended the SUMMARY.md for all the languages, so far it creates the
titles in English but it would be great to create this the native language
for each language.

Here's what the What's change page for English looks like:

Any queries please ask.

Cheers,
Mani
