jtreg jenkins builds 4.1 and calls it 4.2-snapshot

I was wondering why jtreg 4.2-SNAPSHOT on jenkins does not include any changes 
since 2 month ago. Doing small investigation, here is the result: 4.2-SNAPSHOT 
and 4.1-b11 is the same package, taken from the tag jtreg4.1-b11 in jtreg 
source.

Could anyone please look at that, or give me permissions to fix it myself?
