Project Proposal: "XRender Java2D Pipeline"

   I hereby propose on behalf of Clemens Eisserer
   an openjdk project "XRender Java2D Pipeline".

   This project will be used for the development of the OpenJDK
   Community Innovators' Challenge proposal of the name
   "Implement XRender pipeline for Java2D" sent to the openjdk
   challenge list [1].

   I propose this project be sponsored by the OpenJDK 2d-dev group.
   I volunteer to be the moderator of the project.

   The vote will be held on the 2d-dev at openjdk.java.net list.
