<AWT Dev> JDK-8075070 [macosx] system menu bar disabled when using webstart to start

I've filed a bug to track this:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8076008  (but it's confidential)

We don't consider platform when determining if an arg is secure or not, so in theory you should be able to pass this on Windows and Linux too.
