OpenJDK 6 Build 17

Ray,
The process seems to change and a number of people have either blogged about
it or posted instructions. It would be nice if there was a place where the
current build process was hosted and updated. I personally use the IcedTea
infrastructure to build as it seems to work the most consistently (once you
get past the patching issues - which can be a big issue).
