I've simply removed the IJG jpeg's source files from the build, and
added a -ljpeg flag (this is still a bit of WIP, as the link don't seem
to happen as intended right now, I'm on it though).

I haven't sent the other patches as I haven't tested them; I supposed
that zlib changes, if done in a wrong way, would have just killed JAR
opening, while jpeg/png/gif support needs to be tested somehow.

Okay, so I just need to test that part and then I can send it over,
I'll split my jpeg patch so that the change to the JNI interface is not
included for now.
