Al of the SDKs (collectively known as the "Platform SDK") have windows.h in
them--that didn't sound like the problem from Tim's email. "<atlmfc.h>" is
not part of the SDK, it's part of ATL or MFC, I'm not sure which offhand,
and neither is considered part of the SDK, AFAIK.
