I 'own' (meaning I took on the task to update it) the updated version of 
webrev. I will post it on my blog soon, but I need to test it a bit more 
under Windows/Cygwin.
So far it has been successfully tested on Solaris, Linux, MacOS X, and 
(hopefuly) Windows/Cygwin.
It is a rather big shell-script that relies on a number of Unix tools 
like awk, perl etc..., so the multi-platform part is tricky.
