FW: ATL headers and libraries?

My understanding was that it did--there are a few build-dev emails about
missing "atlmfc.h" just a few weeks ago....

But I haven't verified that from looking at the sources yet--been busy with
other things. I'll take a look and see. Can you check with the Hotspot team
if they know of any in the meantime (or, perhaps better yet, can you suggest
which list would be best to forward this email to)?
