As described in the OpenJDK contribution document -> send it in properly (i.e.
with your java.net user name) filled out for OpenJDK, and someone will 
take care of processing it. Once it's processed it will show up on
https://sca.dev.java.net/CA_signatories.htm and your patches could,
provided they pass reviews, etc, flow into OpenJDK.
