Thanks, Dan. The patch off the webrev applies cleanly to a fresh clone
of hotspot-rt
% gpatch -p 1 < ../hotspot.patch
patching file make/windows/makefiles/defs.make
patching file make/windows/makefiles/rules.make
patching file make/windows/makefiles/sa.make
patching file make/windows/makefiles/shared.make
