In jdk/make/lib/CoreLibraries.gmk there should be this fragment:

$(eval $(call SetupNativeCompilation,BUILD_LIBJAVA, \

     SRC := $(LIBJAVA_SRC_DIRS), \

     DISABLED_WARNINGS_gcc := type-limits format-nonliteral, \

which disables the warning you are seeing.
