test/hotspot/jtreg/runtime/CompressedOops/UseCompressedOops.java failing with -XX:+UseShenandoahGC on x86_64

Hi,

Maybe you're already aware of this failing test, but it seems that
-XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions is necessary with
-XX:+UseShenandoahGC as here under.
