test/hotspot/jtreg/runtime/CompressedOops/UseCompressedOops.java failing with -XX:+UseShenandoahGC on x86_64

I've seen this has just been pushed to 12 but I think we'd need this
to 13 too, but:

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8217873

has been resolved as duplicate.

I can help reopening it and pushing the fix to 13 if necessary?
