With the latest patch, running  `make test TEST=docs_all TEST_DEPS=docs-jdk` works as intended but ` make test-docs_all TEST_DEPS=docs-jdk` does not.

I see that there is a function `DeclareRunTestRecipe` used to add prefixes, but all `test-$1` targets have the same two dependencies so it might be difficult to add custom dependencies when using that syntax
