Can now create images using IcedTea as the boot jdk. 1) Avoid
linking erroneously to boot jdk classes by explicitly specifying
-bootclasspath to javac. 2) Trick CreateSymbols in Release.gmk
to find non-public classes thar are not in the boot jdk.
