The content on compiler-dev is not licensed for comment and evaluation
purposes. (See questions 15-21 at http://openjdk.java.net/legal/tou/faq)
Therefore I can't send a draft specification to compiler-dev, either
directly or via an -experts list. And some persons cannot join
compiler-dev precisely because so much of its content is GPL'd.
