JDK-8160928: javac incorrectly copies over interior type annotations to bridge method

Hi,

After discussion with Rory O'Donnel [1] I'd like to propose patch to
backport JDK-8160928 [2] to JDK 8.
New test alone fails as should, and tests pass after fix.
