JDK-8160928: javac incorrectly copies over interior type annotations to bridge method

Looks like there is a problem with the MIME type identification, so
re-sending patch in txt.

And for clarity - it is for JDK 8u, and was done on top of current tip of
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u/langtools
