Build error with GCC4.8 on Fedora19

[Helio Frota]

Hi,

Just feedback , build was ok with fedora 19. Thanks Omair Majid for the
flag tips.

$ sudo yum groupinstall "Development Tools"
$ sudo yum install gcc-c++
$ sudo yum install libXrender-devel
$ sudo yum install freetype-devel
$ sudo yum install libXt-devel
$ ./configure
$  make DEBUG_BINARIES=true SCTP_WERROR="" all
