It was on purpose to keep those blank lines when I wrote the Spp to replace the original
script. it serves the purpose of preserving the line number the generated source code
(identical to the ln# of the same code line in template file). This is convenient/import
when debugging those generated nio source files with a specific line number, from
exception stack trace, for example.
