RFR(XXS): 8135271: Add missing "-client IGNORE" to jvm.cfg file for ppc64

Hi,

can somebody please review this trivial fix which simply adds the
missing "-client IGNORE" to jvm.cfg file for ppc64 to avoid test
failures when running the regression tests:
