Up you but since Mandy's changes for JDK-8181639 will most replace it 
then the simplest is probably to leave it out of your patch. There 
shouldn't be any need to re-submit the CCC as there isn't anything new 
in the descriptions (it doesn't add or any change any tools, there isn't 
anything new to test, ...).
