RFR: 8335290: Rename ClassFile::transform to ClassFile::transformClass

Merged fac74b118f5fda4ec297e46238d34ce5b9be1e21 (one commit before master at the time of comment) locally and tested tier 1-3 again; tests pass. Integrating now to avoid potential future conflicts. Thanks for the reviews!
