I'd like to keep the branch with JDK17 (the latest LTS). How about crac
branch receiving updates from openjdk/jdk/master, and crac-17u from
openjdk/jdk17u/master? And to encourage doing backports of CRaC-specific
changes from crac to crac-17u, bit don't make that mandatory.

If this is OK, we'll need to fork off crac-17u first.
