making j2se more portable

Dear all,

I was looking at the j2se part of the openjdk project,
and it looks like there is no specific port section for gnu-linux,
only for solaris and windows.
This works fine, since there are not so many differences between
gnu-linux and solaris.
However, I think renaming the solaris directory into unix would make a
lot of sense.
In this source code we could than refer to os-specific parts,
fe os::linux::thread ...

These efforts will make it much easier to port j2se to other unix systems.

Does anyone agrees with this?
