IRC logging of #openjdk

Hello Brian,
yes the responses were a little surprising to me as well. When I first  
read your proposal my reaction was "sure, why not". Then reading the  
responses from Mark, the Andrews and others on how we use the channel  
and the nature of communication there I started to think the  
spontaneity and free-form flow of the conversations are very valuable  
and it would be a pity if we lost that.
