What do you think about that ?
- first step : we let people wanting to be judge propose their candidacy
- second step : after some delay, if there is more than 5 candidates,
the community will vote for them.
of course, we could impose more contraints like :
- there must some judges from sun
- the candidates must know well the code base, as tom said
but I am not sure how we can deal with these points.
