Found OpenJDK 6 windows build at www.openscg.com/se/

I will document how to run the installer in non-gui and/or silent
modes in the upcoming Build 21.  Also, my install program is gonna do
exactly what you described below (subtract things from the JDK to make
a JRE) if you choose the JRE option.
