Sorry for the delay. I'm up to my eyeballs trying to tease out the key issues in the Developer Workflow discussion.
As the only Member of the IcedTea Project (http://openjdk.java.net/census#icedtea), you have a degenerate case of consensus voting. As the only Reviewer/Committer (which you are by virtue of being the Lead), you can appoint whomever you want.
I've forwarded this message to the registrar so that your appointments can be recorded.
