OpenJDK Community and Project Scorecard

Hi,

A final summary of the OpenJDK Community Scorecard, and Project 
Scorecards for the JDK 8 and JDK 7 Update Projects, has been completed.  
This scorecard helps assess goals set by the OpenJDK Community and 
Governing Board so we can track progress over time.  The expectation is 
to revisit the scorecard before JavaOne next year, and track progress.

I would like to thank IBM, LJC (specifically, Ben and Martijn), Red Hat 
and SAP for helping forge the scorecard.  I would also like to thank the 
80+ people who took the time to provide feedback on the online survey 
last week.  Finally, a thank you to the Governing Board for reviewing 
the scores and helping with the comments before publishing.
