CFV: New Project: JDK 8 Updates (jdk8u)

This isn't a vote; I am curious about what these roles mean for an
update project.

Specifically, since the project lead (or a delegate) reviews patches,
what is the point of the reviewer role? From what I have seen, the patch
being proposed for backport is already reviewed before the original
commit to jdkN.
