It is only possible for those for administrative privileges in JBS.

Due to an errant script mis-creating a repo, several hundred erroneous 
backport were created. The script has been fixed and given the scope of 
the bad information, we thought it was best to remove the bad backports 
so they wouldn't cause confusion in the long run.
