Resigning Mobile Project Lead

The OpenJDK Mobile project has completed its initial goal of providing
a JDK 9 implementation for Mobile devices.  The project repository is
now up-to-date with the final GA version of the JDK 9 sources.

Since I am moving into a different role within Oracle and will no
longer be focusing on Mobile platforms, I am planning on resigning [1]
my position as Project Lead of the Mobile project as soon as a
potential replacement is identified.  If anyone is interested in taking
on this role, please email me.  If a replacement is not identified within
60 days, I will begin the process of dissolving the project.
