openjdk.java.net outage? Also, could we track these outages publicly?

I noticed the outage early yesterday [*] and reported it to Dalibor via PM.
He routed the issue internally -- perhaps, I'll write to the "web-discuss"
ML
next time. Its subtitle seems to be a fit:

  "Discussions about the openjdk.java.net site infrastructure"
