openjdk.java.net outage? Also, could we track these outages publicly?

I have reported this yesterday [1] and now it seems to be fixed.

+1 for the proposal to make ops at openjdk.java.net a public email list
instead of an alias.

Adding ops and Tim Bell who at least for me is "Mr. Ops :)".

@Tim: what do you think, wouldn't it be a good idea to make
ops at openjdk.java.net a public mailing list instead of an email alias?
Everybody could then see if problems already have been reported and it
could also be used to notify everybody if problems have been fixed.
