OpenJDK Governing Board 2022 Election: Results

Just a bit of nit picking; both the OpaVote landing page and the textual 
results at openjdk.java.netstates that the votes where counted using 
Scottish STV; but the GB election is supposed to use Meek STV according 
to the Bylaws. In this (and certainly, most elections) the same 
candidates win, but this is technically incorrect to show as a result.
