RFO: a tool to analyze HotSpot fatal error logs

Not implemented as such, but certainly possible with some effort. If the
tool is open-sourced such customization will be a lot easier on everybody.

Right. Having that in stacks is a relatively recent development, so we
simply haven't caught up yet.
