IcedTea bootstrapping

Hi!

I'm a bit unsure about how I should go further on with the IcedTea-CACAO
branch.  I think the best solution would be to have another
cacao-bootstrap branch which builds an IcedTea with CACAO as VM based on
b19.

We could also use a tag, but I think a branch is better when I have to
include another bugfixes.

What do people think about it?
