A default install of icedtea build 1.7.0-b24 in
java.awt.toolkit.loadAssistiveTechnologies(Toolkit.java:802) is getting an
AWTError: Assistive Technology not found: org.GNOME.Accessibility.JavaBridge.

Commenting out the only property in
/etc/java-7-icedtea/accessibility.properties
solves the problem, but it should not be on by default, or the extension in the
ext directory should be loaded by default.
