corba and libioser12.so

Hi,
I am having a hard time figuring out why this is not building/linking.  It
seems that the link commands are duplicated and confusing the linker.

I have made changes to the makefiles, created version that were missing (for
OS X) and modified shared library flags.

Are the corba files necessary for icedtea?  I found this bug from sun, and
not sure if it applies are not.
