preparing a icedtea-1.3 release?

LiveConnect is disabled by default, so that should be fine (although a working
LiveConnect would be very welcome).

How invasive are the PulseAudio changes, how well is it tested, can it be turned
off like the icedtea plugin? The trunk is currently relatively stable.
