preparing a icedtea-1.3 release?

It will not be enabled by default, just because we are not sure how 
well it will work with other distros. Though, it will be enabled in 
Fedora, so if we are going to have a full 1.3 release, it will need to 
go through the TCK testing before it gets pushed into Fedora. So, 
ultimately I would like to see both of these new features in F-10 
(which is still quite a ways off). Also, they would be excellent 
milestones to reach for the next release.

Though, in the future, I hope it does not take another 4 months to 
make an official release.
