Backport 6979979: Rounding error in font sizes selected by the GTK Look and Feel

Hi,

Since it doesnt look like next openjdk6 drop will be happening any time 
soon, I would like to add the following changeset[1] to icedtea6 (HEAD 
for now, but perhaps 1.9 too after a little testing).

This fixes S6979979 and RH508185. Any concerns?
